The initial investment in die-casting molds is considerable compared to other project costs. XXT offers a method to extend the life of die-casting molds: a double-coating process on the mold surface, especially suitable for high-volume production. This extra protective layer offers the following advantages: High coating hardness—protects the mold from wear and thermal cracking; Excellent thermal and chemical stability—reduces welding during the die-casting process; Low coefficient of friction — improves part release performance and reduces mold wear.

We have 20 CNC machining centers, including vertical, horizontal, drilling/tapping, and turning centers. Our CNC department is equipped with a professional engineering team and a quality assurance laboratory.
CNC Prototyping: XXT's in-house CNC prototyping capabilities allow for direct machining from CAD files, creating multiple precise prototypes using materialssuch as aluminum, titanium, or zinc for various functional tests.
Traditional Machining: We have 26 dedicated drilling, tapping, and reaming centers in single-station and multi-station configurations. This versatility allows us to offer a variety of services at a lower cost than traditional CNC machining.
For projects requiring design and functional verification, or those with insufficient annual production capacity for casting processes, XXT offers a variety of prototyping and small-batch production solutions. These solutions include the latest rapid prototyping (RP) processes, sand casting, rubber plaster molding, CNC machining, and 3D printing.

1998: Tengyuesheng Machinery (Xuxiangtai Machinery) Co., Ltd. was founded on February 1, 1998, by Bi Dexi (President). The company was initially located in an 80-square-meter flat-panel building in Jimo District, Qingdao, focusing on metal processing.
2012: The hand casting business continued to grow, primarily serving the agricultural machinery industry. Mr. Bi was responsible for designing and hand-making molds and configuring machines, while other partners were responsible for finding casting customers. With the support of cooperation from Weichai Heavy Industry and Lovol Group, we were able to relocate to a larger factory, accommodating more processing equipment and casting blanks.
2020: As customer demand for slightly larger parts increased, the limited space and load-bearing capacity of the existing factory forced the company to relocate again. We moved into a new 16,000-square-meter factory.
2021: With the increasing demand for smart healthcare, Mr. Bi personally designed a smart medical device, from casting parts to sheet metal accessories to electrical commissioning and operational solutions. This was a significant challenge for the company. However, after countless attempts and patient exploration of the market, everything was finally completed smoothly.
2022: With the infusion of young talent into the team, Mr. Bi established an international trade department, which will begin providing metal services to sincere clients worldwide!

It requires several quality management controls to prevent dimensional, internal, and surface defects. XXT uses the latest technology to be proactive in our process controls. We use state-of-the-art, full-time process monitoring equipment in all our precision Casting/ die casting machines.
*Control Plan – specific to each part, identifying key product characteristics and the methods for their control.
*Process Flowchart – defines the manufacturing process and controls throughout the product realization.
*Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis – assures the prevention of defects through the manufacturing process.
*FAI (First Article Inspection) – A Full Dimensional Layout is performed to verify mold design and part print compliance in the pre-production phase.
*First-Piece Inspection – at the start of each production run.
*In-Process Inspection – SPC: Variable and Attribute Control Charting during the production run.
*In Process Visual Inspection – for cosmetics using standards defined in the Cosmetic Quality Plan.
*Last Piece Inspection – at the end of each production run.
*Final Audit – Random sampling of each part scheduled to ship for compliance of key characteristics.
