This product is made of Zamak as the raw material and integrally formed through the die-casting process.
It features excellent dimensional stability; internal stress can be eliminated via annealing treatment, and its corrosion resistance and heat dissipation performance are well-suited for fluid conveying working conditions. Complex flow channels can be formed in one step, reducing subsequent processing procedures.

Application Performance | Zamak has a low melting point (379–389℃) and ensures smooth die-casting filling. It can form thin-walled parts with a thickness of 0.5–1.5mm and structures with fine patterns, threads and tiny inner cavities. The linear tolerance can reach ±0.05mm, the casting shrinkage rate is low (0.3–0.6%), and the dimensions are not easy to deform during long-term use, which can meet assembly requirements without a large amount of subsequent processing. |
