This service allows for the direct printing of logos, part numbers, technical parameters, and warning labels onto CNC-machined, 3D-printed, and die-cast aluminum alloy, stainless steel, and carbon steel parts, providing customers with a one-stop delivery service from raw material processing to finished, labeled products.

Traditional labels and stickers are prone to peeling and have poor environmental resistance; laser marking often results in insufficient contrast on light-colored parts.

Screen printing achieves high-contrast text and graphics. The ink is cured at high temperatures, providing excellent abrasion resistance, solvent resistance, and UV resistance, making it suitable for industrial parts such as equipment housings, control panels, mechanical parts, and instrument casings.

Service-covered materials: Aluminum alloy, stainless steel, carbon steel, die-cast alloys; compatible with surfaces after sandblasting, anodizing, and powder coating.

Printable content: Company logo, part number, specifications, safety warnings, QR codes, simple graphics; supports single-color and multi-color overprinting, with a printing accuracy of ±0.25mm.

Complete Process Flow: Workpiece pretreatment cleaning → Screen making → Screen printing → High-temperature curing → Adhesion and appearance inspection → Finished product delivery.
