The product combines three major processes: metal stamping and stretching, laser welding, and powder coating surface treatment. It is designed and manufactured specifically to meet the stringent requirements of industrial equipment for high strength, lightweight, corrosion resistance, and long service life of key transmission/load-bearing components.


 

Material: 6061 aluminum alloy

It combines good strength, plasticity, and corrosion resistance. Compared to steel hubs, it is significantly lighter, which helps reduce equipment operating energy consumption and inertia.

 

Manufacturing process:

High-precision laser welding

Process: High-energy laser beams are used to seamlessly weld together separately formed wheel spokes and rims.

 

High-performance powder coating (color RAL3001)

Process: After strict pretreatment (such as cleaning and passivation), environmentally friendly powder coating is applied using electrostatic spraying and then cured at high temperature to form a coating.

Multiple options: Available in different colors (such as industrial gray and black) and surface textures (matte, sandblasted, etc.), combining identification and aesthetic functions.
