This product is a high-strength, high-toughness cast iron base designed specifically for heavy industrial equipment.
Made of QT450 ductile iron, combined with precision casting technology and professional surface treatment, this product ensures superior mechanical properties, excellent vibration damping, and an ultra-long service life in harsh industrial environments.
Material: QT450-10 (GB/T 1348) / EN-GJS-450-10 (DIN)
Its graphite is spherical, combining the excellent castability of cast iron with mechanical properties close to those of steel.
High strength and toughness: tensile strength ≥450MPa, elongation ≥10%. Compared with ordinary gray iron (HT), it has higher strength, toughness and fatigue resistance, and can withstand greater loads and impacts.
Excellent vibration damping: The inherent damping characteristics can effectively absorb vibrations during equipment operation, protect equipment precision, and reduce noise.
Excellent wear and corrosion resistance: The dense matrix structure ensures long-term stable operation.

Precision casting, structural optimization
Process: Precision casting processes such as resin sand or lost foam casting are used to ensure that the castings are dimensionally accurate, have clear outlines, and have a uniform internal structure.
Casting tolerances: conforming to GB/T 6414 CT8-CT10 grades or as specified by the customer.
Coating: After rigorous pretreatment (shot blasting to Sa2.5 grade, phosphating or passivation), a high-quality black epoxy/powder electrostatic spray is applied (coating thickness and color can be adjusted according to requirements).
Protective properties: The coating has strong adhesion and uniform thickness (usually 60-80μm). It has excellent corrosion resistance, chemical resistance and wear resistance, and can effectively resist moisture, oil and workshop environment corrosion.
Appearance and Safety: Matte or semi-gloss black, with a clean, professional look that meets industrial aesthetic requirements.
