Process and Materials
The main body is manufactured through precision casting processes (such as silica sol investment casting and low-pressure casting). The surface retains the original casting texture, followed by CNC milling to achieve precise features such as mounting flanges, locating bosses, and threaded holes.
Materials typically include 304/316 stainless steel or high-strength aluminum alloys, ensuring an optimal balance of strength, corrosion resistance, and lightweight performance.
Structure and Function
The component features multiple circular cavities/interfaces and flange mounting surfaces, designed for the collection, distribution, or guidance of fluids (such as air, fuel, coolant, or industrial media).
Side locating bosses and threaded holes are used for securing pipelines, mounting sensors, or connecting with other components.
Typical Application Scenarios
Automotive / Construction Machinery: Used as intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds, or exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) pipelines to control airflow distribution.
Industrial Equipment: Functions as manifolds in hydraulic or pneumatic systems, as well as fluid distribution pipelines in chemical and food processing industries.
Marine / Aerospace: Applied in high-temperature and corrosion-resistant fluid transfer systems.
